Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Foundry27 LLC (“we”) collects through foundry27.app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little: only what we need to answer your request, do the work, and get paid.
What we collect
- When you request a quote: your name, email, phone number, address, how you heard about us, and whatever you tell us about your business and project.
- If you become a client: the details of our projects together, quotes, invoices, and payment records, plus any access details you share with us for your website (domain, hosting or admin logins). Access details are stored encrypted.
- If you create an account: your email address and a password. We store only a one-way hash of your password, never the password itself.
- Payments: when you pay online, your card or bank details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
- We don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare quotes, build and host your website or app, send invoices and receipts, provide support, and keep the records a business is required to keep for taxes.
Services that help us
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- OVHcloud — hosts this site and its database on servers in the United States.
- Cloudflare — domain name service, email forwarding, and bot protection on our forms (Turnstile).
- Resend — delivers the emails this site sends, like quote and invoice notices.
- Stripe — processes online payments.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in to your account. Cloudflare’s bot protection may use its own cookies to tell people from automated spam. That’s it — no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Client records, invoices and payment history are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years). If you requested a quote but didn’t become a client, we’ll delete your information whenever you ask. Items we delete sit in a 30-day recycle bin, then are removed permanently. Nightly backups roll off after 14 days.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS, account passwords are hashed, stored access details are encrypted, our server accepts only key-based administrator logins behind a firewall, and backups run nightly.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@foundry27.app. We’ll respond within 30 days. Records we’re required to keep for taxes may be retained for that period even after other information is deleted.
Websites we build for clients
When we build or host a website for a client business, that business decides what it collects from its own customers and is responsible for its own privacy policy. We handle that data only to provide our services to the client.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be emailed to active clients.
